You must send a check for $295.00 to Physician Solutions, Web Site Dept., P.O. Box 98313, Raleigh, NC 27624 with your application. Once your web site is accepted by you and published, you will be invoiced monthly. By requesting a web site from PS, you are obligated for only 3 months and you can cancel any time after the first 3 months without any future obligation. Your web site will consist of 3 pages; Home Page, Information Page and Forms Page. We can add additional pages to your site at an additional minimum cost per page. You can put multiple practices locations on your 3 page site for no additional cost.

Please call Physician Solutions at; (919) 845-0054 and request the Practice Web Site Department. We will answer any of your questions and assist you in getting started. We can provide excellent generic pictures of a practice based on your recommendation, or import your practice and personel pictures at no additional cost. We are so confident you will love your new web site that you only have to obligate for 3 months and then you can cancel at any time, but we don't think you will. Your practice web site will be the most powerful method of reaching your existing as well as new patients. And your private practice web site cost only $295.00 per month, not $400 to $3,000 per month from your yellow page company or $8,500 to $15,000 per year charged by most web site development companies.
